At one of our workshops in Mumbai, a domestic worker struggled to read a printed government flyer — then moments later, effortlessly recorded a WhatsApp voice note. That moment shaped this entire project: if we truly want to empower workers, we have to meet them where they already are.
The chatbot was engineered by our founder over months of trial and error, and is funded in part by the 2026 IB Global Youth Action Fund. Today it is live and helping workers understand what they are eligible for.
